About Nexus Charter School

Nexus Charter School is a proposed tuition-free public charter school in Henderson, Nevada. As of the date of these Terms, Nexus Charter School is in the application phase and has not yet received charter approval. All references to the school, its programs, grade levels, and educational approach describe our proposed plans and are subject to change based on the charter approval process and regulatory requirements.

Letter of Intent

A Letter of Intent (LOI) submitted through our website is a non-binding expression of interest in enrolling a child at Nexus Charter School. Submitting an LOI:

• Does not guarantee enrollment or admission
• Does not constitute a binding contract or obligation
• Does not require any payment or financial commitment
• May be withdrawn at any time by contacting us
• Is used to demonstrate community interest as part of the charter application process
